  Project 4 focuses on evaluating the usability and effectiveness of the OraPlan high-fidelity prototype through structured user testing. In this phase, we aimed to validate whether the design decisions made in earlier stages successfully support users in managing their time, maintaining focus, and handling task reminders. A functional prototype was developed using Figma and tested with real users to simulate realistic interactions and workflows, allowing us to observe how the system performs in practical use rather than theoretical scenarios. Usability testing was conducted with six participants representing three key target user groups: university students, fresh graduates, and freelancers. Project 3 focuses on translating user needs and task analysis into a clear conceptual and physical design for OraPlan , a smart time management assistant. In this phase, we concentrated on how users understand and interact with the system rather than just what features it provides. By developing a strong conceptual model supported by suitable interaction metaphors, the design aims to reduce confusion, lower cognitive load, and help users visualize their time more effectively. Key features such as hourly task scheduling, focus mode, and task reminders were structured to align with real-world user behavior and mental models. The interface design applies Human-Computer Interaction principles , particularly Gestalt principles and Shneiderman’s Golden Rules, to ensure usability and consistency.
